Tickets, reception and cash
Tickets are sold in the operator’s online shop and at the reception of the tower. The cash desk does not accept euros.
Access and dogs
For visitors with reduced mobility, the operator says the tower is only provisionally barrier-free and asks you to follow the signs that lead to the tower through the garages. Dogs are allowed in the observatory with a dog ticket, on a lead and muzzled; assistance dogs are always allowed.
Restaurants and the observatory ticket
Going to the restaurant and bar at 66 m or to the bistro does not require the observatory ticket, according to the operator’s FAQ.
